<p>The company Clean Motion is developing &#8220;lean, clean and safe short-range vehicles&#8221;. The focus is on light weight electric composite vehicles.The first product of Clean Motion is the composite vehicle Z-Bee, see image.</p>
<p>DYNAmore Nordic has supported Clean Motion in the development of the crash safety of the Z-Bee through crash simulation with LS-DYNA.</p>
<p><span id="more-1993"></span>The project involved advanced modeling of light weight composite sandwich structures. The project was supported by the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket). <h2>Lead architect and team leader for the LS-OPT GUI-development team.</h2>
<p>You  will be heading a  small international team of developers (2-3  persons), that are responsible  for the the graphical user interface for  the LS-OPT optimization software. You will work at our office in  Linköping.<br />
LS-OPT is cross-platform, Linux and Windows, and the GUI is   developed mainly in C++, wxWidgets, XML,  and other toolkits. The LS-OPT  software  has a history of over 10 years and is currently in a very  exciting phase with rapid development of features and functionality.  Lately there has been a rewrite of the GUI and work is undergoing with  an innovative GUI with a complete graphic representation of the  optimization process. The GUI also contains various funktionality for displaying optimization results as graphs, surfaces, tables et c.<br />
You will have ample opportunities to further increase your ability  in GUI-design and, as you get to know the software and customers , to  improve and change the design to improve the user-friendliness.<br />
As lead architect you will work for the overall LS-OPT team manager  and work out plans in cooperation with the overall LS-OPT team on  improvements of the GUI and GUI-design for new functionality in the  LS-OPT engine. Most of the contact with  the developers in the U.S. and  Germany are handled by phone or web-meetings, but there will be  opportunities to travel a few times a year to meet face to face.</p>

<p><strong></strong><strong>About you</strong><br />
We  think you have a M Sc. or B Sc.  (Civiling. or Kandidatexamen) in  the  relevant field. You are an  experienced GUI-developer with an interest in  coding and software  development, e.g. methods such as Agile  development. You are familiar  with C++ and maybe also Python. You are at  a stage where you are ready  to become a lead architect both in terms of  coding methods and in the  overall GUI-design.  Your are at ease both on  the Linux platform and  preferably also the Windows platform.<br />
You have an interest in  working with people  and would like to lead a  small team of developers  in Linköping and Germany. Currently the teams  consists of 3 persons.  The international environment means that you need  to have a good grasp  on English.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On the 7th and 8th of March we, Daniel Hilding and Mikael Schill, visited Luleå University and the Division of Mechanics of Solid Materials. We had together with the Division a half-day workshop on realistic simulation and LS-DYNA. The audience consisted of Researchers, Students and Local companies.</p>
<p>The Division has many researchers with a very long experience in advanced simulation and material modeling. We got an insight in how    LS-DYNA is used in reasearch projects involving mining applications,   hot stamping, and modelling the phase transformation of metals.</p>
