Application Engineer
You would become an integral part of our team that focuses on utilizing Ansys LS-DYNA for production process simulations. Our primary task is to assist our customers in realizing their processes through simulation. We achieve this by means of general support, training, providing guidelines, creating webinars, and development of novel methods to simulate manufacturing processes as effectively and accurately as possible using LS-DYNA.
Your Profile
We are in search of an engineer with a few years of experience and a genuine interest in the field of simulation.
Location
This position is available at multiple locations, Sweden: Linköping, Gothenburg, Kista, including hybrid and remote work options.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- University degree (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- MSc and 2 years of work experience
- Experience with the use of relevant FEA software for structural analysis
- Ability to independently prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- MSc+3 or PhD years of experience
- Experience with LS-DYNA for explicit and implicit applications
- Experience with software to simulate manufacturing processes like stamping, filling molding.
- Experience in python programing
- Work experience in Linux environment and HPC
- Fluent in Swedish and English
