ANSA CFD meshing, intro course - January 31
ANSA is the leading multidisciplinary pre-processor for FE and CFD applications, with extremely powerful geometry handling and meshing capabilities. This course will give an introduction to CFD meshing, through demonstration and exercises.

LS-PrePost - Geometry, mesh, and model creation - February 7
The pre- and post-processor LS-PrePost included with LS-DYNA has extensive postprocessing capabilities, but can also be used to build LS-DYNA models from CAD or for editing existing models.
This one day course covers the use of LS-PrePost for pre- and postprocessing. Particularly emphasis is put on pre-processing including a few exercises

LS-DYNA, Simulation of sheet metal forming processes - February 7
This 3-day course is intended for people who want to use LS-DYNA for metal forming simulations. The course will cover how different aspects of metal forming processes are modeled in LS-DYNA and how to do this as accurate and efficiently as possible. The attendee will acquire deep knowledge in settings and techniques in several parts of LS-DYNA which will be beneficial for his/hers daily work and future applications.

Introduction to LS-DYNA - February 14-16
The introductory seminar gives a quick, comprehensive introduction to the application of LS-DYNA and is recommended for simulation engineers who want to use LS-DYNA as an FE code to simulate general nonlinear problems. Prior knowledge is not required.

European LS-DYNA Conference 2017

The 11th European LS-DYNA Conference will be held 9 - 11 May 2017 in Salzburg, Austria. We cordially invite you to submit a presentation before 27 January.

 

 

We kindly invite all users of LS-DYNA, LS-OPT, and LS-TaSC to take advan­tage of this fantastic opportunity to showcase their work. The Conference is your chance to talk with industry experts, catch up with colleagues and enjoy time exploring new ideas

In addition, attendees can meet with exhibitors to learn about the latest hardware and software trends as well as additional services relating to the finite element solver LS-DYNA, the optimization codes LS-OPT and ­­LS-TaSC, and the pre- and postpro­cessor LS-PrePost.
