4th Graz Symposium Virtual Vehicle (GSVF)

12 - 13 May 2011, Graz, Austria

New approaches for an efficient concept definition in vehicle development

The 4th GSVF 2011 will focus on that topic:

* Which approaches turn out to be best practice and most efficient?
* Which representation of a concept provides the required overview for decision – which level of detailing is relevant?
* Which topics are not covered adequately or are lacking completely? (e.g. cost models)
* Requirements and data for a new product are often fuzzy and incomplete. What is the way humans are dealing with that situation? How can methods and systems deal with that?

Therefore international experts from industry and science will be invited to Graz. As in the last years a well balanced combination of lectures and discussion groups as well as possibility for open exchange will be provided.

They expect intensive exchange and discussions on challenges, problem descriptions, experiences, approaches, solutions or actual tendencies in the field of concept development.

Presentation, 12 May, 3:30pm - Session "Innovative Approaches":
