A-HBM IV, Active human body models for virtual occupant response, step 4
Recently funding by FFI/Vinnova was granted for the research project Active human body models for virtual occupant response, step 4 (A-HBM IV).
DYNAmore Nordic is participating together with Volvo Cars, Chalmers and Autoliv and the aim is to
enhance the vertical response of the A-HBM. The active muscles of the human FE model contribute to the occupant response in braking and steering events, caused by the driver or an autonomous system, foregoing an accident.
