DYNAmore GmbH is proud to offer attractive conditions for its company seminars to students and research assistants at universities and research institutes. Our educational program ranges from introductory courses in LS-DYNA to special courses led by instructors with many years of real world experience. The program includes a total of over 60 different courses and "information days". The "update" courses often feature visiting program developers from Germany and the U.S., giving customers the opportunity to tell developers directly what improvements they would like to see in future products. Students can attend all courses free of charge, and special academic rates are available to research assistants.

Dr. Nils Karajan, Head of Training and Education at DYNAmore GmbH, adds: "For us it is very important that college and university instruction takes place using tools that have been tried and tested in real industry. This is why we are offering attractive conditions for both LS-DYNA licenses and for our training courses to all higher education and research institutions. Our focus here is not limited to just having young engineers run programs. We want them to put the simulation theory they have learned in the classroom into practice in a real industry environment. Such real world training gives course participants the opportunity to expand their professional qualifications and improve their chances to find good jobs in the growing field of simulation technology. The number of people taking advantage of this offer has risen sharply in recent years. In 2013, for example, our count showed that college and university students attended 1200 hours of seminars at no charge to them. In many cases, we have cooperated with research and industry partners to mentor students working on research projects, bachelor or master theses, or doctoral dissertations. In addition, a number of DYNAmore staff members lecture at various higher education institutions to teach students about the finite element method."

Ulrich Franz, Managing Director at DYNAmore GmbH, adds: "To promote the spread of LS-DYNA, it is extremely important that colleges and universities get to know our simulation software. That's why we offer attractive pricing for our software licenses. To ensure that customers get the most out of our software, we offer optimum assistance in terms of both support and training for everyone from the young novice to the experienced LS-DYNA expert. We are also proud to offer students the chance to take advantage of these qualification programs. Our training courses are made available without regard to short-term economic aspects. Although the human and material resources that go into these programs is anything but insignificant, we view this expenditure both as an investment in the next generation of engineers and as a way to boost performance at our customers' simulation departments. In fact, many of the students who learn from us cross paths with us again later, either as members of our customers' project teams or on the receiving end of our customer support efforts. So our investment in the education of students and research assistants serves to further disseminate LS-DYNA and simulation technologies in general. In terms of earnings and profits, these activities certainly have a negative effect. But we are convinced that this investment will give us a long-term competitive advantage in the hard-fought market for simulation solutions."
