Solution Explorer in LS-PrePost – a GUI for Nonlinear Implicit FE T. Borrvall (DYNAmore Nordic) The evolvement of multiphysics capabilities in LS-DYNA has made it a very powerful, albeit somewhat complicated, simulation product. To this end, the Solution Explorer was introduced to simplify modeling setup in fluid mechanics, and this has now been complemented with a framework for nonlinear implicit mechanics. The vision of the Solution Explorer is to combine simplicity and power in an integrated pre- and post-environment, and this workshop presents its current state. We cover pre- and post-processing for single and multiple cases, in hope that it will provide a clear picture of its future potential. |
